ASRock’s designers implemented the Overdrive Offset function that ensures voltage growth under the load (the voltage dropped significantly in case of C0 CPU) to guarantee the stability of operation. Activation of Overdrive Offset seems to be the key to efficient overclocking since in regular mode the CPU will operate under low voltage but as the load grows the voltage will increase too.
